1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotes, bookings and services provided by Driveworx (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, accepting a quote, confirming a booking, or using our services, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Quotes and Bookings
2.1 All quotes provided by us are valid for 5 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed and scheduled once:
the client has accepted the quote in writing or electronically, and
the 20% deposit has been successfully received by us.
2.3 Until both conditions above are met, the requested booking time remains unreserved and may be offered to other clients.
2.4 Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking, including pick-up location, destination, date, and time.
3. Payment and Deposit
3.1 A 20% deposit of the total fare is required at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit secures the booking; see Section 4 for the deposit refund/retention policy.
3.2 The remaining balance must be paid after the trip directly to the driver, either in cash or by card (PIN).
3.3 Deposit payments can be made via bank transfer.
3.4 Failure to pay the deposit may result in automatic cancellation of your booking request.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
4.2 If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4.3 Cancellations must be submitted by sending an e-mail to mesutbayram@driveworx.net. Please keep proof of cancellation.
4.4 In the event of a no-show or other last-minute cancellation, only the 20% deposit will be retained; no additional charges will be applied.
4.5 If you believe a refund or exception should be considered, please contact us at mesutbayram@driveworx.net and we will review your case in accordance with these Terms.
5. Delays and Service Conditions
5.1 We make every effort to provide timely service but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures).
5.2 Clients are responsible for scheduling their journey with sufficient time allowance, particularly for airport transfers and other time-sensitive travel.
5.3 If a client delays departure by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, additional waiting charges may apply by €1,- per minute.
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1 Passengers must behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions at all times.
6.2 Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to the client.
6.3 Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
7.1 We accept no liability for indirect losses, missed connections, or delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for booking and service-related purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
